half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:

Dinner:
crockpot chicken and broccoli

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar
green tea w/red antioxidents
Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

6:00 am--BB Lite 85 peach yogurt

8:00 am--hot LC mocha

11:00 am--BB Lite 85 apple pie yogurt

12:00 pm--2 brats and 2 cups broccoli

5:00 pm--1 1/2 cups homemade chicken salad on 1 pc LC toast

7:00 pm--hot apple cinnamon tea w/ 1/2 pkt splenda (if needed)
