3 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
large salad w/tuna, oil/vinegar/mayo

Dinner:
chili pie
salad w/Maries Creamy Ranch dressing

snacks:
2 oz. fontina cheese
orange bell pepper slices w/cream cheese
Nutcracker Sweet tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

d. - pork stir fry

s. - walnuts - fried swiss - sf hot chocolate with whipped cream
