Bread for Life
On the plus side. I ate 51 gr of fiber yesterday. About 7x more than usual. Will do it one more day substituting pasta for the cheese sandwich. Miss my bacon. Calories: 1602 Fat: 56 Sat: 15 Poly: 5 Mono: 20 Carbs: 197 Fiber: 51 Protein: 86 Fat: 35%, Carbs: 41%, Protein: 24% I usually eat 200-300 more calories on Dr. Atkins And the percents would be about 60% fat, 30% protein, 10% carbs |
