Breakfast:
3 Regular Sausages 1/4 Red Apple Glass of Milk and Some Water Lunch: 3 More Regular Sausages (Made a big batch at brekky) Bottle of Water Afterschool: Bowl of Vegetable Soup Can of Diet Coke, Caffeine Free Dinner: Chicken Curry with Beans and Carrots (Dad cooked rice but I declined )Bottle of Water Overall water consumption: 2.25Ltrs (76Oz) ![]() I've only just eating this amount recently, I used to eat less, but I never felt hungry before hand, and I feel very full nowadays |

Been real busy and haven't planned ahead but I have recorded what I've eaten. I debated whether to post them all since Sunday but decided it would be a bit much.
