Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz. light cream

Lunch:
salad
cheeseburgers

Dinner:
broccoli cheddar soup
cucumberslices with ranch

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
