Monday

Breakfast:
3 egg swiss/bacon omelet
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
chef salad, Marie's Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
roast beef w/mushroms
buttered spinach

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
vanilla maple tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
pecans

I enjoyed my omelet so much yesterday that I’m going to repeat it today! I didn’t get to eat my pizza top yesterday (I had leftover roast instead) so I hope to have it today. I keep saying I’m going to have nuts for a snack but it hasn’t happened yet. Yesterday I had yocheese and celery w/dip instead. Not at the same time. Even though I don’t eat exactly what I plan, it sure does keep me on track. I don’t start thinking about eating ‘bad’ foods.

B: omelet (mushrooms, cheese, onion, misc. meats)
S: berry smoothie
L: wings (reheated from yesterday)
S: nuts
D: pizza top (mushrooms, black olives, onions, bell pepper, pepperoni, mozzarella)
