Thursday....What's for lunch?

Today is Ham slices and cucumber. Pork rinds with sour cream for snack later....and a DREAMSICLE....which is my Diet Rite Tangerine with a dollop of cream poured in it.

Oh, I had shrimp salad (actually the tiny boiled shrimp in the can) with a little mayo and dill relish. Its only 90 calories per can and its so tasty. Had a few wheat crackers with it and water and diet rite.

It's basically a stir fry - search the site for crackslaw and I'm sure the recipe will come up. It's really good! I don't have the recipe on this computer or I'd post it now.
