Dr. Atkins ... OWL Menu

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
chef salad, Marie's Creamy Italian Garlic

Dinner:
parmesan chicken in garlic sauce
mashed cauliflower

snacks:
2oz. cheddar cheese
2 English Toffee tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
1/2 sliced cucumber w/ranch dip

Maintenance

b. - scrambled eggs & bacon, coffee with cream

l. - hot dogs & spinach salad

d. - meatloaf & mashed cauliflower, string beans

s. - walnuts - fried swiss with bacon bits - ice tea

D: not sure - maybe wings & blue cheese dressing/celery

S: jello & whipped cream
