*Breakfast:
egg salad
5 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
salad w/tuna, oil/vinegar/mayo/dill relish

*Dinner:
chicken baked in mayo/ranch
buttered spinach

*snacks:
3 oz. cheddar cheese
2 Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

seems I don't get here often enough. I'll try harder.

Atkins Maintainer Menu well sort of. I'm trying to lose 6-8 of my not smoking gain.

Brunch
three sb eggs
ham steak
flax muffin
Coffee, cream


water, water and more water this afternoon

Dinner
Buffalo wings
lc deep dish pizza
spinach salad
sf jello
Iced coffee, cream

PM glass of Chablis and some leftovers
