Dr. Atkins ... OWL Menu

*Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
pigs in a blanket
small salad w/Maries Ranch dressing

*Dinner:
leftover sling-slaw
small salad w/Maries Creamy Caeser dressing

*snacks:
3 oz. cheddar cheese
2 English Toffee tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
1/4 cup organic blackberries

Breakfast: Protein shake made with low carb milk, 3 breakfast sausage links, 3 strawberries, 2 cups green tea w/1 pkt Splenda in each.

Lunch: chili w/black soybeans, salad w/evoo & vinegar, 1 cup green tea w/1 pkt Splenda

Dinner: grilled 6oz burger, grilled jalapeno peppers & onions, salad w/lo carb vinagaraitte(homemade), 1 cup green tea w/1 pkt Splenda

S: not sure - maybe some cheese

D: not sure yet -- would love some meat loaf & green beans but don't think that will happen!
