wow i didn't even know this forum was here till today!
hi everyone! well i'm going to try meat fast today so here goes... b - 1 piece of sausage (1c) 2 eggs fried in bacon grease l - 1 chicken breast 1 egg hard boiled 1 tbsp mayo d - 6-8oz flank steak grilled 1 tbsp horseradish sauce made with (1tbsp mayo, 1 tsp horseradish) 1c s - ?? if i need it, i will have a s/f jello (the readymade kind without maltodextrin in it) jello is from hooves right? |
