Dr. Atkins ... OWL Menu

*Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz. light cream

*Lunch:
chef salad w/oil/vinegar/mayo dressing

*Dinner:
taco salad

*snacks:
2 oz. fontina cheese
2 English Toffee tea w/splash heavy cream, Splenda

Happy 4th of July!!

B: Carb Freedom yogurt

L: not sure what kind of meat (going out for lunch), salad w/cucumber, peppers, bacon bits, cheese & ranch

s: LC frozen mocha

D: italian beef, BLT salad (w/Dreamfields), a couple strawberries (going to a party)

s: 2 flax cookies w/cream cheese icing
