*Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
chef salad w/Maries Creamy Italian Garlic dressing

*Dinner:
jumbo shrimp salad

*snacks:
2 oz. havarti w/jalapeno cheese cheese
1 green tea w/purple antioxidents, Splenda
1 vanilla hazelnut tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

l. - roast beef rollups & garden salad
