Dr. Atkins ... OWL Menu

*Breakfast:
4 deviled egg halves
4 bacon
half decaf coffee w/2 oz. light cream

*Lunch:
cheeseburger
home made lc coleslaw

*Dinner:
pastrami w/swiss/sauerkraut/mustard
buttered broccoli

*snacks:
2 oz. Dubliner Irish cheese
2 tangerine tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

Low GI diet -but doctors appt this morning, so 'fasting' before:

B'fast: black decaf coffee
Lunch: large salad(spinach, romaine, cukes, cherry tomatoes, cherry peppers, mushrooms)w/tuna and light Italian dressing
Snack: green tea and 1/2oz almonds
Dinner: 1/4 small rotissery chicken; 3/4 pasta salad*; iced green tea

(*1 cup Barilla plus pasta -penne (measured uncooked), 1/2 cup each: diced cucumber, tomato, celery, and red onion; 3 cups shredded romaine, 1/4 cup each black and green olives, and light italian dressing(serve cold) -top w/shredded parmesan cheese as desired -serves 4).
