*Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/mushrooms, swiss
2 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
large salad w/tuna, oil/vinegar/mayo/mustard

*Dinner:
broiled NY strip steak
buttered spinach

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
1 green tea w/red antioxidents, Splenda
2 Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

Low GI diet

B'fast: nothing but coffee w/1/2&1/2 and saccharine
Lunch: leftover fajita strips w/sauted bell peppers and onions; sliced cucumbers and sliced tomato; green tea
Snack: 1/2oz mixed nuts and green tea
Dinner: tilapia w/soy sauce, ginger, wasabi and sesame oil; green beans and mushroms w/sesame seeds; sliced cucumbers
