Breakfast: Boiled egg with salt and pepper 1 cup coffee with Carb Select French Vanilla CoffeeMate Lunch: Bunless burger from Wendy's and caesar side salad Dinner (DH's birthday): Bacon-wrapped filet mignons on the grill with mushrooms Sauteed green beans in olive oil Strawberry Shortcake (only a few strawberries and SF whipped cream for me) 64 ounces water. |

B'fast: low-carb whole wheat bagel w/goat cheese(was out of cream cheese); coffee w/1/2&1/2 and saccharin Lunch: stir fry: leftover steak w/bok choy, onions and bamboo shoots w/soy sauce, ginger and garlic; green tea Snack: 1/2oz mixed lightly salted nuts and green tea Dinner: Tilapia pan seared then topped with diced tomato, onion, jalapeno and cilantro and simmered; salad |
