*Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/cheddar cheese
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
large salad w/tuna, oil/vinegar/mayo

*Dinner:
chili pie
salad w/Marie's Caeser dressing

*snacks:
2 oz. Irish swiss cheese
orange bell pepper w/cream cheese
2 Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

l. - egg salad on spinach leaves & coffee with cream

d. - pork roast stir fry & small garden salad

s. - walnuts - raw cauliflower with ranch dip
