Dr. Atkins ... OWL Menu

*Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
chef salad, Marie's Creamy Italian Garlic

*Dinner:
Parmesan Chicken in Garlic Sauce
mashed cauliflower

*snacks:
2oz. cheddar cheese
2 vanilla/hazelnut tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
1/2 sliced orance bell pepper w/cream cheese

Going to be too miserably hot and humid to cook.
We'll throw some meat on the grill and have it with
cole slaw and spinach salad for lunch and dinner

L: broiled cod, steamed zuccini

D: very lean strip steak, salad, grilled asparagus

Whiting fried in butter with a dash of lemon juice
