Hoping I can join in here!
I am just starting to go up from Induction so I guess, "OWL" for me: (I know it looks like alot of food but I have been losing steadily and I run 5-8 miles a day). B~ 3 eggs and 1.5 oz cooked bacon, 2 black coffee S~2 slices deli turkey and 1 mozzarella stick L~ chef salad w/ 1.5 cups romaine, 2 boiled eggs, 1 oz avacado, 1/2 oz shredded cheddar, 2 slices deli turkey, 1 tbs blue cheese dressing. 1 carb control yogurt S~iced coffee with 1 tbs coconut davincis D~Mexican Chicken Salad (5oz skinless chicken breast, 1 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 2 oz avacado, 1.5 cups romaine, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1/2tablespoon blue cheese dressing) S~6oz Keto Vanilla Pudding w/ 1/2 tsp banana extract and 2 oz unsweetened whipped cream herbal tea dori
