*Breakfast:
3 egg scrambled w/mozzarella
large hot sausage pattie
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
cheeseburger
salad w/Maries Creamy Italian Garlic dressing

*Dinner:
double jumbo shrimp c*cktail
cream cheese spinach

*snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
green tea w/red antioxidents, Splenda
vanilla hazelnut tea w/ heavy cream, Splenda

I've unsuccessfully tried four times to start a new Menu thread.

Tuesday Menu Dr. Atkins OWL

Breakfast:
3 egg scrambled w/swiss cheese
3 bacon
half decaf w/2oz.light cream

Lunch:
chef salad w/Marie's Creamy Italian Garlic

Dinner:
stuffed meatballs
buttered green beans

snacks:
3 oz. cheddar cheese
2 Highland Honey tea w/hvy crm, Splenda
