aww no one else put theres yet. Okay I'll put mine. I'm a maintanance type of girl though and I eat a lot so here it goes:
br: 1 cup eggbeaters green beans 1 smart dog veggie hot dog sn: 1 slice cheddar 4 turkey sausages lun: went to lunch with boyfriends parents (oh boy) at rockbottom restaurant, had: chicken ceaser salad with no dressing or crutons sn: 8 brazil nuts after gym snack:carb chopper tortilla blueberries 1 slice swiss cabbage dinner: some beef pot roast and broccoli a can a shrimp (no additives!) ![]() as you can see, if i go 3 hours without eating, heads roll!!!! just kidding.
