Dr. Atkins OWL*Breakfast: 3 eggs fried in butter 4 bacon half decaf w/2 oz.light cream *Lunch: 3 cups salad w/tuna, oil, vinegar, mayo dressing *Dinner: hot wings 1/2 cup buttered green beans *snacks: 3 oz. cheddar cheese 2 vanilla maple tea w/1 Tbs.hvy crm, 1/2 pkt. 244 again...too much sodium and cheese...grrr....I love cheese
B- 3 eggs scrambled with black pepper L- 1.5 chicken breasts with hot sauce and butter (ugrh!! SODIUM!) D- will be on the run..salad maybe |
