*Breakfast:
4 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
salad (romaine, radicchio) w/tuna, oil, vinegar, mayo

*Dinner:
large hamburger w/mozzarella
1/2 cup buttered green beans

*snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
2 peach/apricot tea w/1 Tbs.hvy crm, 1/2 pkt. Splenda (each)

L- 1 can albacore tuna, 1 TBS blue cheese dressing

SweetCinnamon your almost at goal!!!

Breakfast: 2 cups of half decaf coffee w/heavy cream and sf dulce de leche davinci's; 2 egg omelet with bell pepper, onion, and beef chuck steak strips

Lunch: mixed greens salad w/chopped chicken and diced ham; creamy caesar dressing

4:00p.m. 1 cup of half decaf coffee w/heavy cream and sf english toffee davinci's

Dinner: baked green beans(odd looking when they are cooked, but very tasty!!! );baked cod filet

84.5oz of water/green tea ;2 cups of flavored tea with sf raspberry torani syrup

23g carbs/4g fiber
