Dr. Atkins ... Day 8 of Induction menus


*Breakfast:
4 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz. light cream

*Lunch:
2.5 cups salad (romaine, radicchio), oil, vinegar, mayo
7 oz. ocean salmon pouch

*Dinner:
hot wings (butter, Tobasco)
1/2 cup buttered green beans

*snacks:
4 oz. cheddar cheese
2 vanilla maple tea w/1 Tbs. hvy crm, 1/2 pkt. Splenda (each)

Lunch: 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 serving Dana Carpender's blue cheese dressing, 1 Haleysnana's buttermilk biscuits, 1 pat butter

Dinner: 1 chicken breast, 1 oz Munster cheese, 1/2 cup green beans, 1 pat butter

Snack: 1 oz smokehouse almonds

Breakfast: 2 cups of half decaf coffee w/heavy cream and sf dulce de leche davinci syrup

Lunch: 1 tyson chicken breast fillet

pre-workout snack: 1 tyson chicken breast fillet and 1 cup of half decaf coffee w/heavy cream and sf dulce de leche davinci syrup

Dinner: 5oz of baked cod fillet; 1 jensen's 1/4 pound hamburger patty w/cheese (sure does shrink down to nothing after it's cooked )

84.5oz of water and 2 cups of CS tea

TOM is here and I have to eat primarily a meat fast to keep the cravings down to a dull roar

Breakfast- 3 eggs scrambled with black pepper, 1 peice canadian bacon

Lunch- 1.5 cups cauliflower/shrimp bisque, 2 stalks celery

Dinner- 1.5 cups of Awesome Enchilada (recipe room) casserole--- so so good!!!!!
