Dr. Atkins

*Breakfast:
4 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
2.5 cups salad (romaine, radicchio), oil, vinegar, mayo 7 oz. albacore tuna pouch

*Dinner:
large hamburger
1/2 cup buttered green beans

*snacks:
3 oz. cheddar cheese
2 vanilla maple tea w/1 Tbs.hvy crm, 1/2 pkt. Splenda (each)

Calories = 2159 ... Carbs = 19

Fat = 68%
(sat: 25%, poly: 10%, mono: 27%)

L: actually didn't eat lunch - just snacked thru the day: 2 oz cheddar, 4 oz roast beef w/ provolone, 2 deviled eggs, 2 pieces bacon
D: 2 pork chops, zucchini, spaghetti squash

Breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled, 1/2 cup zucchini, 1 oz american cheese

Lunch- grilled shrimp

Dinner- I don't know...going out so maybe steak with broccoli or some kind of grilled chicken and salad.

Lots of water!!!!!!!!
