Question for Jezzie

Jezzie,
I have noticed that you drink the flavored tea daily, do you know if the Bigelow brand teas have any carbs? We have several different flavors here at work, and it would probably be a nice treat, but i can't find any nutrition information. I went to the Bigelow web site and found the flavored teas but still no info? Just thought you might know....

Thanks,
Tarver

Most of the Bigelows say zero on the box.
Seems odd because my favorite ... Celestial Seasonings Vanilla Maple has one carb.

For two teas (plus a half packet of Splenda and one Tbs. of heavy cream in each) I count five carbs. It's not a very judicious use of my carbs ... but I was having five cups a day until Monday.

Correction: Just double checked all my tea boxes. It's my Salada green tea that states one carb.

Since I can't use heavy cream in green tea it balances out to three carbs regarless of which I drink ... not five as I previously stated.

Thanks! I was anxiously awaiting your response.....Wonder why these boxes here at work don't have the nutritional label on them? Maybe because we purchase them through a 2nd party vendor? Gonna have to ask him about it the next time he comes around!!!
