Dr. Atkins

*Breakfast:
4 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
2.5 cups salad (romaine, endive), oil, vinegar, mayo dressing
7 oz. albacore tuna pouch

*Dinner:
large hamburger
1/2 cup buttered green beans

*snacks:
3 oz. cheddar cheese
2 vanilla maple tea w/1 Tbs.hvy crm, 1/2 pkt. Splenda (each)

Calories = 2120 ... Carbs = 18.....
Fat = 70%
(sat, 28% ... poly, 9% ... mono, 28%)

b- leftover chicken breast with a touch of pesto, fresh green beans (about a cup)

l- small amount of roasted chicken leftover from dinner last night (couldn't bring myself to eat much), 1/4 box of SF Jello, mixed with 1/4 cp. Heavy cream when making. YUM, that was good!

D- maybe tuna fish & mayo... Not sure yet. A few slices of cucumbers w/ spicy ranch dressing

I wish more people would post their menu here....I always find it interesting to see what others are eating.

Breakfast- 2 eggs with an additional egg white, 2TBS parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup broccoli all scrambled up

Lunch- WAS going to have tuna with bluecheese and cucumber chips, but WAY WAY too busy at work today and had to work through lunch. It was beautiful out today and I couldn't even go outside at all So....no lunch at all for me

Dinner- 5oz filet mignon, 1 cup broccoli, 2 peices of american cheese melted on it

Lots of water to drink....hardly drank any all day....too busy with clients.....

This is my first post here, longtime reader....I am getting serious now about losing weight. I just started the Kimmer's 3 Day Challenge. So here is my menu for today.

Breakfast:
Green Tea
2 eggs scrambled in a pat of butter

Lunch:
Egg Salad with 3 Eggs, 2 Tbs of mayo and 1 Tbs of mustard

Snack:
6 ounces chicken breast

Dinner:
Pot Roast


Lots and Lots of Water!!!
