Dr. Atkins

*Breakfast:
4 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
salad (romaine, endive) w/salmon, oil, vinegar, mayo dressing
1 oz. cheddar

*Dinner:
10 oz. NY strip steak 1/2 cup buttered spinach

*snacks:
3 oz. cheddar cheese
2 vanilla hazelnut tea w/1 Tbs.hvy crm, 1/2 pkt. Splenda (each)
2 hardboiled eggs w/mayo, mustard

Dinner: going to try that cabbage/beef recipe I was recommended a few weeks ago...YUM!

Lunch- 1.5 chicken breasts baked with 3 TBS hot wing sauce, 1 cup zucchini

Dinner- 1 can tuna, 2 TBS green olives, 2 TBS ranch ceasar Gourmayo, 1/2 a cucumber sliced
