*Breakfast:
3 egg sausage/mozzarella omelet
half decaf w/3oz. light cream

*Lunch:
hot wings
salad w/Maries Creamy Italian Garlic dressing

*Dinner:
jumbo shrimp c*cktail
portabello mushroom w/brie
asparagus w/strawberry butter

*snacks:
2 oz. butterkase cheese
handful brazil nuts
vanilla hazelnut tea w/heavy cream

l. - chicken caeser salad, coffee with cream

d. - fresh ham & sweet potato, asparagus with swiss cheese

s. - pork rinds - walnuts - sf jello with whipped cream
