WOE: Kimkins or....my own thing?
Start Date: August 10 2007
I already have been to the grocery store, and I think my menu for today will be:

Breakfast:

3 egg omelet with swiss cheese, a dab of canned spinach, mushrooms, topped with a dollop of sour cream and about a teaspoon and a half of salsa.

Lunch:

Leftover baked parmesan chicken from last night and a small salad with tomato, romaine, cheese, and 0 carb some kinda dressing

Dinner: Not entirely sure yet? I'm hitting Supertarget for beef later this morning and I might go for a sirloin steak and steamed broccoli or mashed cauliflower.

Snacks: Dunno...haven't figured out what snacks are really ok or not, so I've been foregoing them for now.

I got decaf coffee....hoping that it'll help kick back the nasty caffeine withdrawal, at least psychologically LOL.....

I'm only on day 2 of Induction, so far, so good
