Dr. Atkins *OWL* Menu

Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
3 bacon
half decaf w/2.5 oz.light cream

Lunch:
large salad w/shredded pork, Maries Caeser dressing

Dinner:
2 cheeseburgers
buttered green beans

snacks:
3 oz. Butterkase cheese
handful brazil nuts
green tea w/purple antioxidents, Splenda
vanilla maple tea w/splash hvy crm and 1/8 tsp.Splenda

Lunch: LindaSue's Cauliflower bisque, 1 Carbquick cheddar bay biscuit, 1 oz cheddar

Dinner: Chicken Skillet Alfredo (Dana Carpender)

B: 1 HB egg (really rushed morning today)
L: diet dr. pepper, shrimp scampi
S: 2 HB eggs with marie's chunky blue for dipping
D: bunless chili burger, 1/2 cup green beans

L: cheese omelet, more bacon, some fresh cantalope & melons, water

D: Linda Sue's hamburger casserole, water

S: s/f jello with whipped cream

l. - bacon cheeseburger & lg garden salad

d. - roast pork stir fry, strawberries in whipped cream

s. - devilled eggs - walnuts - fried swiss cheese
