breakfast 1 itialian sauage scrammbled egg with cheese on spinich and a dill pickle
lunch beef and mushroom stir fry with spinich supper its in the oven and smelling really good its stew made with beef cabbage green beens broccoli onion turnip mushrooms and spices |

B 2 fried eggs and couple pieces of bacon. water
