*Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
3 bacon
half decaf w/2.5 oz.light cream

*Lunch:
2 cheeseburgers
salad w/ Maries Chunky BlueCheese dressing

*Dinner:
Chicken/Broccoli Dijon

*snacks:
2 oz. smoked Gouda cheese
1/4 cup brazils
vanilla red tea w/splash hvy cream and 1/8 tsp.Splenda

breakfast:
1 mug coffee, black
5 oz leftover london broil
2 eggs over easy

lunch:
1-1/2 deviled egg halves
1 oz leftover london broil
1 can waist watchers diet vanilla cream soda
(was at the dentist, my face is still numb!!!!! I just couldnt eat)

Dinner:
depends if im still numb or in pain...
