slimforever: sorry, i didn't see that post! yesterday was a really tired blur for me.
All I do is put chicken breasts in the crockpot (however many you need for your family...for two of us i use 4, and then have leftovers). Then I use 1/2 c chicken stock, a little more if I think it needs it, but they get so juicy, you really don't. Then I add either a packet of taco seasoning, or if I have my own seasoning made up, I'll just add that. (That just consists of cumin, chili powder, garlic salt.) Then just cook for 8 hours and shred in the crockpot with two forks. Let it cook, and either eat it with LC tortillas, or I just have it w/ no tortilla, but with all the fixings! *i can post the exact measurements of my homemade taco seasoning later if you want

slimforever: Of course, you can add any extras that you want. Sometimes I add in a can of the diced green chiles, or some diced onion, but usually I make them plain. You can always season more at the end if it needs it.
