Breakfast:
3 egg scrambled w/swiss cheese, mushrooms
3 bacon
half decaf w/2.5 oz. light cream

Lunch:
large chef salad w/ Marie's Caeser dressing

Dinner:
stuffed meatballs
buttered spinach

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
orange bell pepper w/cream cheese
green tea w/red antioxidents
tangerine tea w/splash hvy crm and 1/8 tsp.Splenda

l. - devilled eggs & garden salad with cheddar chunks

d. - leftover lc pizza & swedish meatballs

s. - sf jello with whipped cream - waist watchers citrus soda - walnuts

B: 2 fried eggs in butter, 3 bacon, decaf with half&half, 1 pkt splenda
L: salad with avocado, chicken, blue cheese
S: 1 hard boiled egg
D: crock pot chicken enchiladas, cheese, sour cream (no tortilla)

Rola - I'd love your recipe for the crockpot chicken enchiladas!

B: 4 slices bacon, coffee with heavy cream

L: spinach/chicken salad from Subway, jalapenos, cukes, cheese & black olives, almonds & Atkins honey mustard dressing

S: hard boiled eggs or a coffee from Starbucks

D: leftover chicken, cheese & spinach casserole (Linda's), small salad with ranch dressing, s/f jello with whipped cream
