Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
4 sausage
half decaf w/2.5 oz. light cream

Lunch:
double shrimp c*cktail
salad w/ Maries Creamy Italian Garlic dressing

Dinner:
BlueCheese stuffed sirloin patties
salad w/ garlic, vinegar, oil

snacks:
2-3 oz. cheddar
1 green tea w/purple antioxidents
2 taste of the tropics tea w/splash hvy crm and 1/8 tsp. Splenda
handful brazil nuts

Jezzie: your menus always sound so delicious!!!!!

B: 2 egg omelet with 2T no-beans chili, 1oz cheese, decaf with half&half, 1pkt splenda

L: bunless sloppy joes, salad with blue cheese dressing
S: celery with chive cream cheese
D: chicken with peanut sauce, spinach sauteed with sesame oil

Lunch - Carbquik Pancakes w/ 3 sausage links

Dinner - Buffalo Wings w/ Bleu Cheese
3 celery
Small salad w/ Caeser dressing

Snack - 1 oz. cheddar cheese

Dessert - LC Ice Cream

64 oz. water
