3 egg scrambled w/swiss cheese, mushrooms
half decaf w/2.5 oz.light cream

Lunch:
large chef salad w/ Marie's Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
stuffed meatballs
buttered asparagus

snacks:
2 oz. havarti w/jalapeno cheese
orange bell pepper coated w/cream cheese
brazil nuts
SF lime jello drink
2 vanilla red tea w/splash hvy crm and 1/8 tsp.Splenda

L: bunless burger w/ BBQ, spinach salad with blue cheese dressing, crystal lite

S: pepperoni slice and 1oz cheese

D: meatballs w/ LC sauce and parmesan

Early - coffee w/vanilla Davinci & heavy cream
B - 2 Dobie muffins w/cream cheese, 3 strips bacon
L - meatloaf (1 carb per serving), celery stix
S - LindaSue's pimento cheese
D - grilled chicken, large salad w/ranch

LOTS of water!!

Lunch
Lamb shank in moroccan spices (yum) large salad

Supper
Organic roast chicken and roast veg

(ate out for breakfast and lunch...hey its my day off!)
