So far nothing. I drank some green tea and I think I made it too strong because now I have nausea. So, I'll try a protein shake a little later before I go to exercise.

So far a mug of coffee with maple Davinci's and a T of heavy cream, 4 walnuts and three slices of pepperoni. Yesterday I ate three eggs, three slices of bacon, three mugs off coffee with cream, and about 8 slices of pepperoni, and today I was down a pound and a half! Trying to get back into strong ketosis, so will try to just eat eggs and meat the rest of today, with maybe a little broccoli or cauliflower if I feel like cooking it. I have been overdoing the cheese and nuts lately, too (too much munching!!). My kids were home yesterday and today due to an ice strom, so we are housebound...it will be tough not to snack!

Breakfast was S/F yogurt.

For Lunch, I made a delectable salad... chicken salad made from left-over roasted chicken, walnuts, celery, mayo, red onions, and a bit of mustard, served over avacado chunks and lightly salted tomato slices..... mmmmmmm!!!!!

For a snack I have a leftover seasoned hamburger patty.

Not sure what dinner will be yet!

Looking forward to lunch.... mmmmmm!!!!

This is what I have eaten today so far.

For breakfast I had 1/2 of the Too Fluffy Omelet. This is what the whole omelet had in it.

3 egg whites, whipped
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
6 slices of bacon, crumbled
2 thin slices of onion, chopped finely

Like I said I ate half the omelet and I used 2 tabeslpoons of picante sauce on it. For my whole breakfast I consumed 7 carbs with 1 being fiber for a total of 6 net carbs. The calorie count was 378 calories. I drank 16 ozs of water with breakfast.

My husband loved it, so it will definitely be part of our regular breakfasts. He had some tomato on the side for himself. I love tomatoes but I didn't eat any this time.

Right now I am drinking a can of Diet Coke. I feel like I have done really well so far and am quite impressed with the energy I feel I have, however little it is. It is much better than when I usually wake up.

I had the last quarter of the cauliflower & hamburger casserole I made the other day. I had 1 1/2 tablespoons of picante sauce on it and I drank 16 ozs of ice tea.

So far today I have drank 32 ozs of water and will be able to hit the full 64 ozs today. Of that there is no doubt.

My SF Davinci Banana syrup came in today with the golden flaxmeal. I can't wait to make the banana nut bread with golden flax vs. the regular that I've been using. I'll try almonds for the nuts.
