Dr. Atkins *OWL* Menu ... step 3

Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
3 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz. light cream

Lunch:
large chef salad, Marie's Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
faux 'Reuban' (pastrami, swiss, sauerkraut, mustard)

snacks:
2 oz. havarti w/jalapeno cheese
1/4 cup pecans
2 vanilla tea w/splash hvy cream and 1/8 tsp.Splenda

B'fast: 2 organic eggs scrambled with 2T chive cream cheese; coffee w/1T 1/2&1/2 and saccharin
Lunch: tuna over salad w/cucumbers, tomato and ranch dressing; red tea
Dinner: poached salmon; zucchini sauted in olive oil and garlic; romaine w/light caesar dressing
