BREAKFAST Broccoli Casserole LUNCH Smothered Chicken II SUPPER Spanish "Rice" and Hamburger Salad SNACK/DESSERT 1/2 carton peach yogurt with Coconutty Crunch 1/2 carton peach yogurt with Coconutty Crunch 1205 Calories; 89g Fat; 64g Protein; 40g Carbohydrate; 12g Dietary Fiber; 28g Net Carbs NOTE: These recipes can be found on my website. Also, for those of you on induction, if you omit the yogurt and/or fruit that I sometimes eat, many of my daily menus are around 20 carbs, give or take a few. |

s: 32 oz water L: 1 tortilla roll up (cream cheese, sour cream, salsa & shredded cheddar) and 1/2 cucumber s: 1/2 cup Carb Smart mint chocolate chip and 32 oz water D: 2 hot dogs and 1/2 cucumber and 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 32 oz water Hoping to get in another 32 oz of water after my walk this evening!!! |
