Dr. Atkins *Re-induction* Menu ... Day 3

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/1.5 oz. light cream

Lunch:
cheeseburger
small salad w/Maries Creamy Italian Garlic dressing

Dinner:
broiled center cut pork chops
buttered asparagus

snacks:
2 oz. harvarti w/jalapeno cheese
2 vanilla/maple tea w/1 Tbs.hvy crm, 1/8tsp.Splenda

SNACK/DESSERT
1/2 carton cherry vanilla yogurt with Coconutty Crunch

1618 Calories; 135g Fat; 63g Protein; 42g Carbohydrate; 11g Dietary Fiber; 31g Net Carbs

NOTE: These recipes can be found on my website. Also, for those of you on induction, if you omit the yogurt and/or fruit that I sometimes eat, many of my daily menus are around 20 carbs, give or take a few.
