Atkins *OWL* Menu ... step 3

Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz. light cream

Lunch:
large chef salad w/tuna
oil/vinegar/mayo/mustard dressing

Dinner:
ranched chicken breasts
mashed cauliflower, small salad

snacks:
2-3 oz. cheddar or Gouda cheese
1/3 cup pecans/brazils
2 vanilla/maple tea w/splash heavy cream
1/8 tsp.Splenda

1 link cheddarwurst sausage
coffee w/ cream

Lunch:
1 portion steakums
1 slice swiss cheese

Snack:
1 slice liverwurst
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 oz cheddar cheese

Dinner:
Leftover swiss steak & mashed cauliflower

Breakfast: just coffee with Splenda and 1/2 & 1/2

Lunch: Caesar side salad and bunless double 1/4 cheeseburger from Wendy's

Dinner: Steak chunks grilled in pan wih mushrooms
Linda Sue's Mock Twice Baked Potato Casserole

At least 64 oz of water.

Snack: I plan on trying 1/2 of one of those Carbwise Chocolate Raspberry Crunch bars - I've heard from several people they're really good.

breakfast ---- 2 hard boiled eggs and 1/2 cup cubed ham

lunch ----hamberger pattie with cheese and a little mayo
1 stick of celery with cream cheese

dinner ---chicken breast , broccoli and olives


plus 8 bottles of water

i get 6 carbs what do you get?

NOTE: Most of these recipes can be found on my website. Also, for those of you on induction, if you omit the yogurt and/or fruit that I sometimes eat, many of my daily menus are around 20 carbs, give or take a few.

This seems like a good idea to help keep on track. I hope you don't mind.
Atkins Induction:

Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium 2 italian sausages

Lunch: sliced turkey on an Atkin's diet revolutionary roll ( if you know what these are, you are showing your age lol)

Dinner: crustless pizza from the recipe board. tried it last week, it was awsome

snacks..macadamia nuts, maybe a little eggsalad later
