BREAKFAST Spicy Sausage & "Rice" Casserole LUNCH Chicken Salad Broccoli Salad SUPPER Swiss Mushroom Chicken Broccoli Casserole Salad SNACK/DESSERT 1/2 carton coconut cream pie yogurt with Coconutty Crunch 1825 Calories; 142g Fat; 108g Protein; 31g Carbohydrate; 9g Dietary Fiber; 22g Net Carbs NOTE: Most of these recipes can be found on my website. Also, for those of you on induction, if you omit the yogurt and/or fruit that I sometimes eat, many of my daily menus are around 20 carbs, give or take a few. |

Atkins Maintenance
breakfast:
1 serving strawberry flaxomeal hot cereal 1 tablespoon strawberry sf syrup 1 tsp butter water lunch: 1 can tuna w/ mayo 2 cups spring mix greens water dinner: (going out to eat at fuddruckers) 2/3 pound bacon cheeseburger, no spices or bun approx 2-3 cups iceberg lettuce 2 tablespoon jalepeno dressing (i bring my dressing there!!!) water snack - if needed: 1/16 recipe flax bread w/ butter |

Induction levels
Bkfst 2 sausage links w/2 scram eggs Lunch 1 thick pork chop with 3 pc bacon Snack 1 LC Ice cream bar ( I know! Not allowed on induction but rather than go off plan, I bot them and had one) Don't plan on these more than once every 3 days or more) Dinner 2 Tuna muffins (courtesy of Linda Sue) I didn't think I'd like the warm tuna/salmon - but they are great! I put one can of tuna and 1 can of salmon! YUM! Thanks so much for the recipe!! |
