BREAKFAST 1 carton piƱa colada yogurt with Coconutty Crunch 1/2 nectarine 1/4 cup strawberries LUNCH Chicken Salad Broccoli Salad SUPPER Luther's Barbecue* (not included in counts) SNACK/DESSERT 32 Crispy Cheese Crackers 4 Ellie's Peanut Butter Cookies 1502 Calories; 1674 Calories; 135g Fat; 78g Protein; 42g Carbohydrate; 11g Dietary Fiber; 31g Net Carbs (plus Luther's) * We're going to Luther's Barbecue for dinner and I have no idea yet what will be low carb enough there to eat. NOTE: Most of these recipes can be found on my website. Also, for those of you on induction, if you omit the yogurt and/or fruit that I sometimes eat, many of my daily menus are around 20 carbs, give or take a few.

1 vanilla atkins shake 1/16 recipe flaxbread water lunch: 1/3 pound grilled bacon hamburger 2 cups iceberg lettuce 2 tablespoons jalepeno ranch dressing water snack - if needed: grilled hamburger patty w/ mayo water dinner: 1 can tuna w/ mayo 2 cups romaine lettuce 1 bran crisp cracker water |
