Breakfast:
3 egg swiss/mushroom omelet, half decaf w/2 oz.
light cream

Lunch:
large salad w/tuna, Marie's Ranch dressing

Dinner:]
sauteed shrimp,, buttered broccoli and green beans


snacks: Harvarti w/jalapeno cheese, brazil nuts,
2 vanilla/maple tea w/splash heavy cream / 1/8 tsp.Splenda

1 serving flaxomeal butter pecan hot cereal w/ butter
2 tablespoons french vanilla sf syrup
1 cup orange spice green tea

snack:
1 Atkins Vanilla shake

lunch:
1 can tuna w/ olive oil, 1/4 tsp mayo and 1/4 tsp mustard
2 cups green leaf lettuce
1 tablespoon Marie's blue cheese dressing
1/16 recipe spongebobs flaxmeal bread

dinner:
? not sure yet.

I finally found the menu posting area, I've missed you guys! I've been logging onto Fitday in the interim.

Atkins OWL

Breakfast- 40 almonds, 2oz string cheese, coffee w/cream

Lunch- tuna steak w/sesame seeds, 2 cups of mixed greens

Dinner- Top round steak, 1/2 box of broccoli w/butter

Snack- 1/2 cup of low carb chocolate/peanut butter ice cream

B- decaff with 1.5 tsp I.D. French Vanilla creamer, 2 HB eggs, 3 strips bacon (4.2 carbs)

L- Tuna and mayo salad over romaine and cucumbers (3.7 carbs, 1 fiber)

D- Buffalo chicken wings, steamed grean beans with extra butter, romaine with bleu cheese dressing (9.8 carbs, 2.7 fiber)

Sn- Hot and spicy pork rinds and a Lime Fruit2-O (1 carb)

Total: 18.7 carbs, 3.7 fiber
