breakfast:
1 serving flaxomeal butter pecan hot cereal w/ butter 2 tablespoons french vanilla sf syrup 1 cup orange spice green tea snack: 1 Atkins Vanilla shake lunch: 1 can tuna w/ olive oil, 1/4 tsp mayo and 1/4 tsp mustard 2 cups green leaf lettuce 1 tablespoon Marie's blue cheese dressing 1/16 recipe spongebobs flaxmeal bread dinner: ? not sure yet. |

I finally found the menu posting area, I've missed you guys! I've been logging onto Fitday in the interim.
