Had a strange eating day today. One of the guys at our church got installed as a new minister! It was an awesome ceremony and they had food after the service. coffee/fiberfit/cream b. 1/2 koegel beef frank and 1/2 egg. cooked the whole thing but only ate half of it. with mushrooms l. cheese, 1.25 scotch egg (this one scares me, I thought it was just egg and sausage but looked up the recipe and it can also have flour and breadcrumbs. I put in some of both into fitday), 1 jalapeno popper, 1 stuffed mushroom, 1 slice of roast beef, 1 slice of turkey, one very small chicken thigh and one very small chicken drumstick, 5 olives, 2 pieces of celery, 1 broccoli floweret and 5 grape tomatoes d. 2 oz turkey thigh s. almonds and rs sf toffee I estimated in fitday and came up with: about1400 calories and 19 net carbs. crazy weekend, cant wait to get back to normal!
