WOE: Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Bark!
Good Morning all! I am bad again today............

B: Strawberries with cottage cheese + Splenda.........Decaf coffee with Splenda + cream

Made THAT (which is what I eat pretty much every day) before I knew they provided us breakfast at work!!! So, then I couldn't resist a few small pieces of ham, and one teeny little broccoli crustless quiche.............

L: Still stuffed from breakfast, so I'll probably just have a little bit of the leftover Linda Sue's Coney Island Chili Dog Pie that I brought.........Don't know if I'll have the tomato I brought or not. Maybe as a snack later??

D: Mixed salad, with homemade ranch dressing. Probably lettuce, cucumber, tomato, bacon bits, sunflower seeds and some chopped ham............

S: Don't deserve one! But, I do have a BB Raspberry yogurt just in case................or, the tomato mentioned above.

On induction I wouldn't be eating nuts and hot dogs and cheesecake. Personally I wouldn't eat pork rinds because of the salt content. 40 Ounces of water is too low. Minimum 62 Oz.
