I'm here and ready to end the year on a positive weight loss or at least maintain. I don't want to gain with all the parties that a starting up. Just got to plan ahead and keep drinking plenty of water

Spent the last couple of hours talking myself out of going to the gym...
... it's too darn cold
... I'm tired
....body aches

Okay, now to delete all those stupid excuses and get my rear end to the gym.
Heading out right now.
I also started logging my food this morning and am on my third glass of water.

I will probably bore you guys to death with the details, but I really need to be accountable this month. I was a total fail last month, and will NOT be repeating that.

Don't really feel like going to Yoga today...but, going to do what V did! Plan this month is to get back to where I was when we got here in Oct.! I'm +4# as of today!!! Grrrr!

V wtg on getting to the gym, Dh get me to the gym, he goes most days during the winter. Just wish he didn't want to go so early. I keep a food journal all the time for years, it keeps me accountable even if it's not what I should of ate. It shows me how to correct it. Keep posting details I'll never get bored.

Pat glad V post got you to yoga. The month of Dec. is alway harder for me, so many parties, eats and of course cocktails flowing.

I sympathize!! It was 3 degree chill factor this morning. But I did go, and got in an hour today. Yeah for me.

Cheryl... banging the head on wall fitness program... must try it.

Okay Deb- we will be the firecrackers this month.

I made it to the gym for workout. It was slow going, but it was a good start.
I've been doing meat and eggs today... will add some salads tomorrow.

Lots of water too... Definitely needed that.

Good first day today, lots of water, had grilled steak and shrimp in garlic butter, salad.
Good work out at the gym for an hour. And went for a fast walk, it's freezing out but had to take chubby Ginger for her exercise. Like the new banging the head exercise.

Very cold start this morning, but sun is shining and we are supposed to warm up to a reasonable temp. Still on track today. Scrambled eggs and coffee for breakfast, and salmon & salad for lunch. Now to do a little catch up around the house. I am going to enjoy this week, because next Tuesday is MIL's surgery and my schedule will be more hectic.

have to say..i have had a couple days of tummy upset..think I am on the mend now

I WILL be going to the YMCA in the morning for sure..cant wait to see the new equipment

im browning some pork chops off to make casserole later and green beans

Still on plan. Feel like I'm coming down with a cold. That should curb any eating I think I'm done with work for the week. I'm planning on meeting with Mom this week if the weather is good.

I actually stayed on LC plan for 2 days........and the first thing to shrink is the girls.........

I think if it were over cooked...like if I cooked it in the crock pot the pots may get mushy??
