Finally time that I can log in. I've been wanting to join in since Thursday; yesterday got kind of crazy.

Start over again: Wednesday: 239.2 lbs.

End of the month: Thursday, 7/31: 235.6 lbs.

Going slow so that I can get this off and it stays off. School is starting so I hope I can stay focused.

Goal: 229.8 lbs.

Bought a weight bench. I'm going to attempt weight loss through the leangains method. This is weight lifting plus caloric deficit through intermittent fasting. Low carb on non-weightlifting days; moderate carbs on days where you do lift. Lift in a fasted state, then eat. Eating limited to an 8hour eating window each day; fasting 16 hours per day.

The juice fasting last month reset something, and intermittent fasting seems easier. So far. Yesterday was day one; kept it to a 6 hour window.
