WHOLE 30

Hi everyone.

I.ve been doing the Whole 30 for the last two weeks and wondered if anyone else out there was doing this plan?

In a nutshell having messed my metabolism up over the years from crazy dieting I have always struggled to lose weight.

However, this has been amazing for me and I have really seen a difference in only two weeks in how I look and the scales. You aren't supposed to weigh for 30 days but unfortunately, I have OCD with the scales lol.

I don't have a lot to lose so I am pleased with my results so far. However, I think if you have quite a lot to lose it is a really successful plan for 30 days or more.

Jump in if you are doing or interested. Its very similar to Paleo tbh. You only eat whole foods anything that that hasn't been messed around with basically.

Eggs
Meat
Chicken

You can google and there is a whole heap of stuff about it.

I weighed this morning and diet is amazing. I have lost 2.2kg in 2 weeks and I haven't felt hungry. Here is a woman who usually only loses ounces and gramms not lbs so I am

This WOE eliminates all the hidden sugars in things. I typed the first blog quite quickly and didn't really give a good inside to all the foods that you can eat.

I will try to find a link to the whole 30 shopping list.

Basically you cut dairy, alcohol, grains, legumes out for 30 whole days and the results people have had have been amazing.

http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Shopping-List.pdf

B: Little fruit...e.g. strawbs, blueberries, mango
Egg any way that you want
Sometimes a blueberry home made omelette

L: Sweet potato fried egg on top or any chopped meat
(If working Salad, tuna, chopped carrot)

D: Steak/Chicken/Fish Vegetables or Salad

Snack Apple
Orange

Drinks: Water and black coffee but I have had two cups of tea in the morning with a little milk so not totally dairy free.

I did also have a treat of one beer and one soy capuccino at the weekends without detriment. You know how I've struggled to lose any weight so this is amazing for me.

new here

I am a fitness junkie so to speak.. i try to do the whole 30 every year.. a 30 day jump start .. you must give it a try.. if you follow it completely you will see results.. Its not hard, its true if you wanna see muscles.. lean out etc.. this is the ONLY way that happens.. The other diets will take weight off but this will lean you out .. In 2 weeks i can see my abs again...
the book is IT STARTS WITH FOOD
The Whole30® Program - As featured in the New York Times bestselling book, It Starts With Food

LOLA IS RIGHT.. IT WORKS I LOVE IT..
